Manchester United are already being linked with potential new signings during the summer transfer window.

United are still battling to qualify for the Champions League next season. The Reds are currently sixth in the Premier League and nine points adrift of fourth-placed Aston Villa with a game in hand.

Erik ten Hag's side also have an FA Cup semi-final against Coventry City to look forward to next month, with a major trophy still possible in the final weeks of the season. Despite this, rumours are already emerging about what transfer business may be conducted at Old Trafford.

One of the latest rumours concerns RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo. According to the Daily Mail, United are considering making an offer to sign the Spain international when the transfer window opens at the end of the season.

The report claims that United are one of several clubs that are interested in signing Olmo, who is said to have a £52 million release clause in his contract. As well as the Reds, Olmo is also said to be a target for Real Madrid, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea this summer.

It has been claimed that United are still in the process of finalising potential targets for the summer window. It remains to be seen if United will make an offer to Leipzig for Olmo or agree to match his release clause.

Elsewhere, United are reportedly still interested in signing Juventus defender Gleison Bremer.

According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, United are "ready" to meet the release clause in Bremer's contract at Juve. It has been stated that Bremer has a clause worth €61 million (£52 million), which the Reds are reportedly willing to meet when the transfer window opens.

Bremer has been frequently linked with a move away from Juventus in recent months, despite only signing from Torino in 2022. The Serie A giants paid Torino €41 million (£34 million) to sign Bremer, who has since made 72 appearances with seven goals.
