Andre Onana has really changed the perspective of Manchester United fans since joining.

There’s no denying it. Onana was one of the main reasons Manchester United miserably crashed out of the Champions League group stages, whilst conceding a record-breaking amount of goals.

It looked bleak for the Cameroonian at this time and put pressure on Erik ten Hag considering he’d shunned club legend David de Gea a few months prior.

But he’s turned it around. And then some. He’s arguably been the best goalkeeper in the Premier League this season and is going to be vital if Manchester United have a shot at winning the FA Cup.

Andre Onana Q&A before FA Cup semi-final clash

The Red Devils take on Coventry City in the semi-final on Sunday, and Onana will definitely be a player making his Wembley debut for the Red Devils.

In preparation for the fixture, he sat down with the Emirates FA Cup media team to answer some quickfire questions ahead of the clash. He was asked various questions, including:

Who is the fastest player at Manchester United?

“Rashy. This is not a secret!”

Who is your best friend at Manchester United?

“I have a good relationship with all of them. With all of the players. But, if I had to choose one, I’d have to say Raphael Varane.”

Who is the funniest player at Manchester United?

“The funniest one in the squad? Let me think, there is quite a lot, I’m one of them. I will say at the moment, Tom [Heaton].”

But there’s one that the Manchester United manager needs to take note of.

Andre Onana answers who the most skilful player is at United

He was then asked about who is the most skilful player for the Red Devils, to which Onana responded: “Amad,” he responds. Before then adding, “And Antony.”

Amad Diallo is the most skilful player, alongside Antony, at United – yet Ten Hag has not given him a chance to showcase these skills.

Since his heroics against Liverpool, Amad has obtained just 45 minutes… which has left us a little more than baffled.

If he isn’t rewarded with minutes against Coventry, we don’t think he ever really will at Manchester United.
