The club already have 10 players sidelined, including the likes of Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, and Scott McTominay.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>As Mount picked up yet another injury, Red Devils fans were left frustrated as they slammed the former Chelsea midfielder on social media.</p><p>Supporter @Muhamadibra412 is seriously unimpressed with Mount, posting on X: "No doubt. Mason Mount is the worst #7 at United."</p><p>Meanwhile, @unitedtunnel can't believe the latest news: "Mason Mount injured again. Has he played two full games this season? Can't believe he was given the 7 shirt."</p><p>And @TenHagEra vented his frustration over the club's decision to spend big on the midfielder last summer as he wrote: "Mount was available for free this summer. Instead we payed £55m for him to be available for a grand total of 674 minutes this season. I know the club couldn't of predicted this but it's just depressing."</p><p>Another fan, @utdloyal, felt Chelsea had definitely got the better of the deal: "Mason Mount injured again almost the 10th time this season. <p>Since moving to Manchester from London in the summer of 2023, the 25-year-old has appeared in just 17 matches across all competitions and clocked only 673 minutes on the pitch. He suffered a calf injury back in November which <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/boost-man-utd-mason-mount-returns-to-training-four-months-injured-fa-cup-liverpool/blta3f4c7a23cb14df9" target="_blank">kept him out of action</a> until the end of March.</p>
