Mauricio Pochettino may have to field a new-look line-up against Arsenal with three of his stars now major doubts for the clash.
The Blues will be looking to get back to winning ways on Tuesday evening, live on talkSPORT, after the disappointment of their 1-0 FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.
Their chances of bouncing back may have already taken a hit, though.
Regular starters Cole Palmer, Malo Gusto and Ben Chilwell are all potential absentees following the tie at Wembley.
Asked about top scorer Palmer in his side's press conference on Monday, Pochettino said: "Today, no [he cannot play]. We will see tomorrow morning. Today, I don't believe he can be involved.
"Even if he is good tomorrow, maybe he is not in a condition to play. We hope he can recover from this situation and be involved with the team."

He added: "With and without him, we believe that we can win. The most important thing is the collective.
"Of course he's an important part of the team. He's doing fantastic for us. But we have plenty of players that can perform and do the job."
The club have confirmed Palmer is absent from training due to illness.
Palmer has only missed three games this season, the clash against Crystal Palace, as a he served a yellow card suspension, and when he stayed on the bench against Newcastle and Sheffield United.

As if potentially losing the man who has had a goal contribution in each of their last six games - including two hat-tricks - wasn't bad enough, Pochettino is also sweating on the fitness of Gusto and Chilwell.
"Malo suffered a minor problem on his knee," the former Tottenham boss said. "I am not a doctor, but I will try and translate it. I hope it is not a big issue."
Pochettino then went on to state his other full-back was still carrying an issue he picked up when playing with England last month for the friendlies against Brazil and Belgium.
He said: "Chilly, also, after the national team, it's the same problem he's been suffering with in the last few weeks."
Defender Gusto, who signed from Lyon for £30.7million last summer, has made 33 appearances for the Blues this term, with his only injury coming in January after picking up a muscular problem.
Chilwell, on the other hand, has been struck down with injuries this term, missing a large chunk of the campaign due to a hamstring injury, before dealing with a knee injury and illness.
He'd only returned to Pochettino's side on May 15, coming on in the 6-0 win over Everton and then also being a substitute against Man City.
Both stars are undergoing medical assessments ahead of the Arsenal game.

Chelsea can go seventh in the Premier League table with a win on Tuesday and would overtake Manchester United due to their superior goal difference.
League leaders Arsenal cannot afford to drop points against the Blues, though, with Manchester City currently holding a game in hand following their FA Cup exploits.
