Poll: Erik ten Hag’s future as Manchester United manager

Despite Manchester United reaching the FA Cup final on Sunday, it’s impossible not to notice that the pressure is mounting on Erik ten Hag.

Football is a crazy game. If you told me this time last year that – 12 months on – there would be reason to doubt Ten Hag having a future at the club, I would have laughed in your face.

Three cup finals in two years isn’t a bad feat. I, for one, see it as progression and find it riduclous that people are calling for his head.

We are inviting Stretty News readers to have your own say on his future at Old Trafford via our poll below:

The rumours surrounding the manager’s future are not helpful, but he must focus on winning football matches between now and the end of the season. That is the only way to turn things around.

For what it is worth, I think Ten Hag should be backed in the summer. We overachieved last season and many are quick to forget that.

  1. You are consistent, Dale, I’ll give you that. But, in all honesty, how many matches do you think we’ll win between now and the end of the Season?
I make it a maximum of two, I’ve said in another post I don’t see any wins in May.
Happy, as ever, to be wrong…
