Here are the player ratings for Manchester United’s 4-2 win against Sheffield United at Old Trafford:

Starters

Andre Onana - 5

Was at fault for the first goal. He’s been a bit better in the second half of the season but the fragility is still there.

Diogo Dalot - 7

Got into some good attacking positions today. Needs to be a bit more decisive once he gets there.

Casemiro - 6

Better at center back honestly, but the passes are still a bit too adventurous.

Harry Maguire - 8

Another goal and solid outing.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka - 5

Better than last weekend but quite ordinary at both ends.

Kobbie Mainoo - 6

Couldn’t influence the game from further up the field. Played one great pass over the top.

Christian Eriksen- 6

Kept things ticking in the first half.

Bruno Fernandes - 10

Outstanding.

Alejandro Garancho - 7

Could’ve got a brace today. Another encouraging performance.

Rasmus Hojlund - 7

Took his goal nicely. Should be a bit more ruthless.

Antony - 5

Did nothing to suggest he should start ahead of Amad.

Subs

Amad - 6

Showed some composure and played one great pass.

Scott McTominay - 6

Kept things tidy.

Ethan Wheatley - N/A

Well done, kid! Nearly a good chance to score too but didn’t reach him.

Sofyan Amrabat - N/A

Manager

Erik Ten Hag - 6

Ended well, which is as good as things get when you’re in survival mode.
