It's all to play for from top to bottom as the Premier League reaches another dramatic run-in. Newcastle United - despite their defeat to Crystal Palace on Wednesday night - remain in the mix for European qualification and still have a top-six finish very much in their sights with five matches to go.

As things stand, Manchester United sit in that position with West Ham and Chelsea also factored in amid a scrap for Europa League and Europa Conference League places. Newcastle continue their Premier League quest against rock-bottom Sheffield United at St James' Park on Saturday afternoon (3pm).

Eddie Howe's side also have three away games in their last four to follow. Here, we compare their run-in to other clubs pushing for a top-six finish this season. Much will hinge on that Old Trafford clash in the penultimate game of the season, but Newcastle must ensure they are within three points of Erik ten Hag's side to make their superior goal difference count with a win in Manchester.
