Real Madrid, Manchester City rival Manchester United in Luis Guilherme chase

Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United are all keen on signing Brazilian sensation Luis Guilherme.

According to a report by Fichajes, Luis Guilherme’s impressive rise has put him on the radar of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United. The European giants are always on the lookout for young players with huge potential and they seem to have found another gem from South America.

Guilherme has come up the ranks at Palmeiras. He was promoted to their first team at the start of last year and has featured in a total of 39 matches for them. While he might have only scored once, his overall performances have impressed scouts from some of the biggest clubs in Europe.

The 18-year-old prefers playing out wide on the right flank but he can feature anywhere in attack when needed. His versatility and huge potential are why top clubs are ready to battle it out for his signature.

While his contract with the Brazilian club runs until the summer of 2026, Palmeiras might not be able to hold onto their gem with City, United and Madrid interested in him.

The report suggests that the teenage attacking sensation is worth €50 million and all three clubs are well capable of making such a big investment on a player who has the potential to be a star in the future.

European giants to battle for Guilherme’s signature

Los Blancos have already signed quite a few South American young stars in the recent past and they are doing wonders for them at this point in time. As a result, their interest is quite understandable.

Meanwhile, Manchester City have grown as a club in the last decade and in the recent past, they have been focusing on scouting talents. The English giants are looking for players who can help them in the long run and they are willing to make a bet on the Brazilian youth international.

Both Madrid and City are ready to rival Manchester United who have been monitoring the teenager for a while now. The Red Devils are looking to invest in young players under the new-part owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe. They have made major changes at key positions in the club in order to change how they do business in the transfer market.

Guilherme is a young star the Manchester-based club wants to sign. The teenager has already shown glimpses which suggest he has a promising future in Europe. The Red Devils are looking to beat the competition to his signature as they look to start the club’s rebuild under Ratcliffe and INEOS.
