Former Manchester United star Nicky Butt received a police caution for head-butting a security guard at his 50th birthday party.
The attack is alleged to have taken place in January at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire.
According to The Sun, the attack left the victim nursing facial injuries and fearing he had broken his nose.
The altercation is said to have taken place between 7pm and 8pm after the ex-United midfielder was seen urinating against a wall.
Police investigated the incident and examined CCTV footage – and Butt is now reported to have accepted the caution for inflicting actual bodily harm.
