Midtjylland picked up a 4-2 win over Copenhagen in the Danish Superliga yesterday. It has now emerged that officials from Bournemouth and Manchester United were keeping a close eye on the tie.

TipsBladet have reported that a host of players were on show during the game and as a result, multiple European clubs were watching from the stands.

The report ‘specifically’ notes the presences of Bayern Munich and Manchester United. Monaco and Atalanta also watched on.

Beyond that Borussia Dortmund, Bologna and Bournemouth also ‘announced’ their trips before the game, even if it is unknown who they were looking at.

The outlet have some praise for Copenhagen’s Victor Froholdt, who scored last night. They also speak of Elias Achouri, who had racked up an assist as well. Emphasis is also placed on Midtjylland stars Franculino, Darío Osorio and Ousmane Diao, who could be on the move in the summer.

Bournemouth’s presence has not been noted at the two Danish clubs over the last few months but Manchester United were present at Midtjylland’s Europa League clash against Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this season.

That is what TipsBladet have also indicated towards, suggesting that the Red Devils have been regulars at the MCH Arena.
