Manchester United are saying goodbye to Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof this summer, meaning a new centre-back could be a priority.
Ruben Amorim has his first signing of the summer after Manchester United agreed a deal for Matheus Cunha.
The Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker must still complete the formalities of his move, but Cunha will be presented as a United player very soon.
Amorim will hope for more signings quickly and Bryan Mbeumo wants to join United from Brentford.
Attacking additions are imperative for United, but Amorim must also look to bring in defensive reinforcements.
Jonny Evans has retired and Victor Lindelof is moving on at the end of his contract, so another centre-back will be a target.

Manchester United want Oumar Solet
United won’t want to break the bank on this signing, especially having invested so much money in Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro last summer.
A right-footer may be the priority in order to replace Evans and Lindelof, even with left-footed Lisandro Martinez out injured.
Tutto Udinese now claim that United have been the first team to register an interest in signing Udinese defender Oumar Solet.
Bournemouth and West Ham United are thought to be keen, but it’s United who have emerged as the strongest suitors.
Solet was linked with United last summer having shown real potential with Red Bull Salzburg.
Strangely, Solet signed for Udinese as Red Bull Salzburg released the centre-back from his contract.
Solet has been superb in Italy and is now attracting interest once again, with Udinese boss Kosta Runjaic praising him as ‘excellent’ on the club’s official website.
United are seemingly back in the hunt, with Solet a potential target to add depth to Amorim’s defensive options.

Udinese’s price tag on Oumar Solet
Solet is a huge presence at 6ft 4in tall and his physical strength has been a key facet of his game.
The 25-year-old is certainly back on track after his strange Red Bull Salzburg exit, and his pace would be an asset to United’s back three.
Tuttomercatoweb suggest that Udinese could demand around €30million (£25million) for Solet this summer.
That report also highlighted that Inter Milan and Napoli are keen on signing Solet, potentially keeping him in Serie A.
Solet appears to have been on United’s radar for a while, and he appears to be a name to watch as Amorim weighs up defensive additions.
