Erik ten Hag's brilliant man management of Jadon Sancho is the perfect example of what can happen when a manager truly believes in a player and wants to help them get back to their best.
So often these days, the easier solution is just to sell a player but Ten Hag saw that Sancho needed help, gave it to him and look at how much that has helped him.
For me, Ten Hag's man management has been one of his greatest qualities so far as United manager and central to the progress we've made.
